CANBERRA CONTEMPORARY ART SPACE: LAKESIDE

Exhibitions at Canberra Contemporary Art Space are by invite, however, expressions of interest are welcomed from artists who would like to be considered.

Expressions of interest should include: Name of the artist/s, contact details, a brief artist statement, a CV and 5 - 10 clear digital images of completed works.

In the event that CCAS is interested in exhibiting your work, you will be contacted and asked to make a detailed submission for the proposed exhibition.

CANBERRA CONTEMPORARY ART SPACE: MANUKA

Applications for exhibiting at CCAS Manuka from July - December 2024 are due by 5pm 12 March 2024.

Please use our Application Form and include 5 - 10 high-quality images, a CV and a 250 word proposal that explains clearly what you intend to do in the space.

CCAS Manuka rental is $925 (GST inclusive) for two weeks. Installation, lighting, sales and sitting the exhibition are the responsibility of the artist. The gallery is open Friday-Sunday 11am-5pm, unless advertised otherwise in consultation with CCAS. There is currently no commission on sales.

This space is ideal for experimental work and small group shows. Preference is given to artists who have a strong record of involvement in Canberra's visual arts community and on the excellence of the work. You can find more information on our CCAS MANUKA FAQ’s page.
