There is much historical dynamism relating to the veil, being a part of the physical and physiological landscape. A veil created by water need not impede the flow of light, air or vision, it can transform the image, creating alternatives, adding subtle and swift movement, intense colour variation, inviting the viewer’s curiosity….that which covers is also capable of uncovering.
